45-60 mins is recommended if it is your initial appointment or a follow-up where we are treating more than one body part, however, please book whichever treatment time suits you best.
Direct billing is available for select insurance providers. If your provider is not supported, you can submit your emailed receipt—along with your physiotherapist’s license number—after your treatment.
We accept ICBC claims and will provide any requested paperwork, however, we do not offer direct billing. We will provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement from ICBC. We recommend you seek approval from your adjuster prior to booking a treatment.
